Ni-MH battery advantages

1. Like Ni-Cd, Ni-MH battery has high charge and discharge efficieny and good safety at high temperature of 55 degree and 70 degree as well, this is why it is widely used in emergency lighting as well. But capacity decreases more and voltage dips more than Ni-Cd battery under the condition of long term floating charge, this is why Ni-MH battery has shorter service life than Ni-Cd battery.

2. Long shelf life.
They can remain unused for between 3 and 5 years. However, we recommend that you use new Ni-MH rechargeable batteries as soon as possible to ensure that these solar lights always shine.
 

3. High rate charging and discharging performance: under the charging conditions specified by the company, the battery can be sufficient in one hour and can discharge with more than 10C current.
